The GP’s purpose-built design is intended to grapple and load just like a forestry grapple, and also process every bit as well as a conventional processing head.
A conventional head’s drive wheels can never get out of the way of the work zone. Subsequently, the wheels are always a major source of interference.
Conversely, the GP’s wheels pivot out of the way when grappling. This allows you to sort, stack and load just like a grapple, without interference. Have trouble reaching into log decks? Not with the GP.
